Reformer & Matwork

Reformer pilates (level 1)

Here, beginners can learn the basics of reformer training, primarily using classic exercises to strengthen muscles and increase balance and flexibility.

Reformer all levels

A holistic reformer workout for all fitness levels – from beginners to experienced Pilates practitioners. This training combines targeted muscle building with mobilization, stretching, and functional movement training. The focus is on a balanced body awareness, strength development, and flexibility – for more stability, balance, and energy in everyday life.

Reformer flow sculpting (all levels)

The goal of the training is a symmetrical and balanced definition of all muscle groups in the body, with particular emphasis on smooth transitions and fewer weight changes between exercises.

Reformer legs/core/glutes (all levels)

The workout focuses on strengthening and defining the leg, torso, and gluteal muscles.

Reformer tone & strech (all elvels)

The training improves flexibility and mobilizes the entire body, especially the hip flexors, shoulders, neck and hamstrings.

Reformer Cadillac (All Levels)

In this class, you’ll train on the Reformer in combination with the Cadillac attachment. The additional springs, bars, and loops offer even more exercise variety and support.

Postnatal Reformer

The course program aims to strengthen the upper body, tighten the abdominal muscles and train the pelvic floor.

Matwork (all levels)

Pilates mat training strengthens muscles while simultaneously improving flexibility, promoting range of motion, and positively impacting the nervous system, thus contributing to mental relaxation. The focus is on the healthy strengthening of both the deep and superficial abdominal and back muscles. All of this leads to a positive inner state, both physically and mentally.

Reformer peak control (level3)

The training concept from New York enables maximum workout efficiency, strength and body control with a minimum of weight.

Reformer workout (all levels)

The training focuses on targeted muscle building and strengthening of the entire body with exercise repetitions for all performance levels.

HIIT Reformer (level 2)

An innovative interval training program for muscle building and fat burning, alternating with strength exercises, stretching and cardio.

Barre Workout (all levels)

This is a highly effective full-body workout at the barre bar. Depending on the overall focus and emphasis of the workout, it incorporates fascial components and combines slow and fast movements into a structured exercise session. Standing workouts target your core, especially your abs, legs, and glutes, and improve your cardio performance.
