Big news from Momax Pilates Academy: starting in 2027, we’re expanding our teacher training with the Master Education Program – the next level for everyone who wants to teach Pilates in its full depth. From Reformer and Matwork to the Cadillac, small props, and pre-/postnatal Pilates: this is set to become one of the most comprehensive Pilates education programs in Germany.
What Is the Master Education Program?
Our Reformer teacher training lays the foundation – the Master Education Program builds on it. The planned modules are:
- Reformer Pilates
- Matwork Pilates
- Cadillac (Tower Part 1 and Tower Part 2)
- Small props (Bosu, Oov, Flexband, small ball, and Jumpboard)
- Postnatal and Prenatal Pilates
The program spans the entire spectrum of the Pilates method – from the mat to the Reformer to the large apparatus that Joseph Pilates himself worked with in his New York studio, complemented by small-prop work and training for expecting and new mothers.
Flexible: Book the Full Program or Individual Modules
The best part: the Master Education Program can be booked in full or as individual modules. Want to specialize in the Cadillac? Bring more variety to your classes with Bosu, Flexband, and Jumpboard? Focus on pre- and postnatal Pilates? Or complete the entire program and take your profile as an instructor to a new level? It’s all possible – you design your own path.
Who Is the Program For?
The Master Education Program is designed for certified Pilates instructors, graduates of our Reformer teacher training, and movement professionals – from physiotherapy or dance, for example – who want to expand their repertoire. As with all Momax Pilates Academy programs: small groups, precision, postural analysis, and international hands-on experience, right in Munich.
